About Me:

Hi all. I’m so glad that you are here visiting my site. My name is Jacalyn and I have been in the Wholistic Health field for over 20 years. I run an integrated health practice that focuses on a combination of acupuncture, Chinese medical arts, soft tissue therapy, nutrition, reflexology and cranial sacral work. Over the years i’ve amassed a considerable “tool box” containing different tips, tricks, facts and hacks that has helped both myself and my patients live a better & healthier life so I thought that it would be great to make that information more accessible to a larger group of people. I am passionate about exploring new ways to enhance and balance my life, love to learn, and want to share whatever beneficial knowledge I gain. Everybody has their own idea of what constitutes healthy living and there definitely isn’t a “one size fits all” formula. Adding little bits and pieces here and there to enhance your life experience will help you live a more health-FULL life. Hopefully there is something here that can help you in some way. Remember that everything found on this site are mere suggestions that I have found to be beneficial and what works for one person may not work for another. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me. I would love to answer any questions and help in any way that I can.
